I think that Qasim did exceptionally well at backing up every single counter-argument with clear and concise evidence. There were a lot of statistics and I think that made their argument strong. There’s nothing really bad that I would say, other than I would’ve wanted to hear more opinion. However, with this topic, I think it’s more effective to read straight facts.
I think Qasim does a really good job with the introduction, it’s clear what his goal is in writing this paper. He explains himself in a lot of the points he makes with good evidence to back them up. Though out the passage, he seems to be targeting false accusations on immigrants, which is his argument but towards the end it becomes repetitive when he talks about criminal activity.

I believe Qasimdid best at proving points on both sides of the arguments. He used many statics and background information. One good point he made was that immigrants benefit the economy by “creating more jobs”.
I think Qasim did a good job starting off with a strong introduction which makes the topic more interesting and catches the reader’s attention. After this, he makes the rest of the essay better providing good evidence for his argument about why immigrant is good for America.
One thing that caught my attention from the text was that Qasim had evidence that backed up the counterargument. Along with his evidence, it included numbers, which lets the audience know Qasim did the research and is telling the audience facts. This connects to our research paper since we have to take these same measures to make sure our facts and research are credible and to make sure we are able to show how we have evidence t back up our argument.
I believe Qasim did extremely well when acknowledging both sides of the argument. And he used many facts to backup his claim and that was really effective.
I believe qasims introduction is very well put because it caught my attention, I also believe that the rest of the argument was well discussed since qasim did bring numbers into the conversation which is basically proving the facts as well as serving the audience with a counter argument.
