Amber Waves Farm is a small but blossoming piece of land located on the South Fork of Long Island in Amagansett, N.Y.
Who are the farmers? Amanda Merrow and Katie Baldwin are the founders of Amber Waves Farm in Amagansett, New York.
How did they start? Amanda and Katie met in 2008 during a season long farming apprentice ship.
What are they doing now? Amber Waves is in its 5th farming season and is apart of a 100 member CSA program. They farm provides specialty produce to local Hampton’s markets as well as the public. Anyone is welcome to visit the farm.
