What makes these kettle cooked potato chips stand out from the rest?  First and foremost, they are made directly from the potatoes harvested on the family owned, Martin Sidor Farms, in Mattituck, New York, on the North Fork of Long Island.  The potatoes are picked from the farm, sliced thicker than a normal potato chip, and cooked in all natural sun flower oil.  These chips are FRESH, crunchy, less greasy than other potato chip brands, and more importantly delicious!

North Fork Potato Chips and Martin Sidor farms are owned by Martin Sidor and his wife Carol. Potato farming has been in the Sidor family since 1901, when the 170-acre farm was purchased by Sidor’s grandfather.  In the 1970’s, small farms across America were up against larger corporate run farms out West.  Additionally, with the introduction of the Atkins dieting trend, hope for potato’s and those that raised them, were dwindling.  However, Martin and Carol persevered (thankfully for us) and turned their potatoes into wholesome and hearty slices of heaven.
