My Golden Experience

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4EGO3xYDhc&desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3Dn4EGO3xYDhc&app=desktop

I would describe my Baruch experience so far as being golden!  This can all be seen through several accomplishments such as: getting good grades in my classes, getting to know my fellow peers, being a member of several clubs, being offered internships, and most recent of all… providing the game winning assist in overtime to lead Baruch Men’s Soccer team to the 2013 Championship!  Being mid way though my first semester in Baruch College, i feel the possibilities are limitless.  With all I was able to accomplish in this time period, my future accomplishments seem endless.  I would have to credit my smooth transition due to my fellow teammates on the Baruch soccer team.  My college experience started before the first day of classes, it started in preseason on the soccer pitch.  Knowing the right people and having the right amount of good friends can be a determinate factor in ones college experience, luckily enough I was able to meet the right people.  All my classes have been with my good old friend from my High School, Nishant Shah, as well as my fellow teammate, Mohammed Alma.

Insight at Baruch!

The reason why I picked this photo is because the first thing about Baruch that caught my eye was the diversity of not only the people but also the opportunities. This is represented by the intense colors surrounding the eye. Baruch has such a large variety of opportunities to help their students grow and experience new things. The number of clubs available is exceedingly amazing, each offerring a different color of life to satisfy the individual interests of the students. On top of this, there are study abroad and internship opportunities that allow students to gain skills and have exposure to the real world. All of these things add color to Baruch, allowing it to overflow with variety and knowledgeablity. The picture of the eye also includes the pupil to be extremely colorful as well. This represents how I intend to grasp as much of these available experiences to broaden my horizons. With so much offered at Baruch, I don’t intend to waste any of my time while I am a student here. Instead, I hope to learn as much as possible in order to gain insight for the future.
