Post 4: Reuben Museum

It was a busy Tuesday during the club hours. I was supposed to be with my lovely buddies at the Music Industry Club. However, I was pulled out of it because Damaris and Naomi announced that there would be a field trip to Reuben Museum for the entire LC 11 that day. I thought it was exciting because it felt like high school, the good part of it that is, again! However, the actual museum wasn’t all that fascinating for me. Mainly because I don’t have any interests in art and cultures. Maybe I’m just a superficial person!

Post 3: How I’m Feeling Right Now

This is me after finishing off the finals and the final essay. Although my grades aren’t as good as I wanted them to be, I’m finally able to have some serious time off. The first semester has been stressful enough that I had to drop one course. However, now I’m relieved because the semester is finally over! 🙂

David’s Post #2

My group is called Basil and Cheese. Like the name suggests, we named it because we all share the passion for food, and we want to create a blog based on food and its impact on us.  I’m responsible for finding a regional article about food, and since the tri-state area is a great place for all kinds of food, it should be interesting.

My article‘s about the Brazilian chef Alex Atala offering New York City a taste of his hometown Sao Paulo with his spectacular food. I thought it would be a great fit because it shows the diversity in both the culture and the food in New York city.

Meet David

Hi, I’m David, and here is me wearing sunglasses and pretending to be cool.

I tend to be goofy all the time.

But that doesn’t mean I can’t be serious at times. (Well, at least I tried.)

I love technology.

I love making music.

I love acting and being on the stage.

And of course there’s nothing I love more than being with my friends!

Last but not least, I’d like to say I stand against bullying or any form of hatred. I may or may not come off as weird and shy, but there’s still a lot about me that I haven’t shared with anyone yet. I’m excited to take on the next chapter of my life — college and hopefully get as much as I can out of it. AND that won’t happen without having great friends at the college. I wish each one of you would give me a chance and let us get to know each other better. 🙂
