So as you know, We are Basil and Cheese. We meaning, me, Nick, David, and Basilio. Our link is attached above for our site. It was very easy to pick the topic of food. It is a beautiful thing that humans have the ability to enjoy food so much. We are so blessed that we are able to indulge ourselves in new flavors from new cultures every day. So what better to talk about then food, right? The article I chose really touched me when I read it. It discusses the issue of  Congress wanting to allocate less funds to Food Stamp programs. Low income residents of New York City already have a hard enough time putting food on their plate, why make it significantly worse.
