Who am I?

Hello, my name is Nardine Salama and to answer this a super awkward topic of discussion I’ll just start with the basics, I am 17 years old, 5ft’6in tall and I am Egyptian. The majority of who I am has a lot to do with my family. My dad is not only my biggest supporter but also my number one fan. Any time I’m feeling down I know that he’s going to be there with exactly what I need to hear. He is this big, fat, jolly person with a heart just as big to match (no he’s not Santa Clause and as you can tell from that attempt at a joke, I’m quite corny). My ethics and moral code was instilled to me more by my mother (only because she was a stay at home mom till I was 5 so she was around more often, not because my dad doesn’t have ethics) who is just as loving and caring as my dad but a little harder to crack open. The rest of who I am is owed to my Coptic Orthodox Church and it’s congregation who is not only my backbone but also my pride and joy. I’ve still got a lot of growing up to do and a lot of loose screws that need to be fixed but who I am today is a combination of my family and my church and i could never be more thankful.

Okay so this site isn’t letting me upload anymore pictures so I’m just going to pick 6 songs that pretty much describe my life

1) Avicii- Wake Me Up

2) Ke$ha – Come on

3) Ben E. King/ Prince Royce (either version is awesome) – Stand by me

4) Casting Crowns- Until the Whole World Hears

5) Kings of Leon- Use Somebody

6) Stephanie J Blocks (from the Broadway show Wicked) – Defying Gravity

7) Jay-z & Kanye West-That sh*t cray (cause this song “gets the people going”)

8) Beyonce- Upgrade You

9) DJ Khaled- All I Do Is Win (my team plays it right before every game)

10) Chris Tomlin- Whom Shall I Fear?

Did I mention I love to be the center of attention? Or was that already pretty obvious?
