Hi, my name is Joel Guen if you guys don’t know yet. I will show you who I am through these 8 slides. The first slide shows you that I am a Korean American.  I love to watch and follow NFL the NY Giants are my favorite team but I still follow other teams as well. I put baseball because I use to follow baseball all the time but recently I haven’t because the team I follow wasn’t doing as good as I thought, NY Yankee. I put handball. I’ve been playing handball half my life and I love it. If play with anyone anytime but I’m not that good anymore. But if you want to play with me for fun then call me up.  I put Math up for the fourth slide because I’m good at it. My family would come to me if they have something Math related, even my parents. I’m the typical Asian, good at math bad at language. On the fifth slide, I wrote technology because I can’t live without my cpu and phone. I cannot leave my house without either one. Sleep is the next because I am a night person. I play at night and wake up around 12pm. Because of this I’ve become a little lazy. To the class I can be helpful. I’m willing to offer my help to anyone who needs it. If anyone needs help about Math, come to me.

Hi, everyone, my name is Wenhui Cai, I like to play badminton, swimming and listen to music, I was born in a small town in China, When I was a little, my father moved to United States, so when I was a child, I was imagining how is life in American, and how does United States look like, Because at that time, everyone said United States is a heaven.

3 years ago, I moved to United States with my mother, when I first time step on this land, I found that I love this City, New York. This is a shift of my life, I felt that the life style in United States is different with life style in China, I went to Newcomers High School and graduated from there, that is a high school only for immigrant. At there, I learn how to fit in this society, and I made many friends. Also I found my interests in Tennis, I join the tennis team and learn how to play tennis.

I like to make friends, because friends are most valuable in our whole life, we can share our happiness and sadness with each other, we can help each other in many aspect. I hope I can make many friends in college also, and enjoy the college and life in United States.

My life journey started in an early morning in the winter of 1994 in a small city of China. In the first 14 years of my life, I was a normal Chinese girl growing up in a big loving family. But things changed in 2008, I came here and became part of the Big City.

There are two things that I treasure the most in my life, my family and friendship. I can always depend on my family, because I know they will always support me no matter what happen and they will always provide a warm and lovely home for me to rest when I’m tired.  And my friends, I might not have too many friends, but all my friends are the best. They help me out when I met difficulties, guide me to the right path when I get lost and bring happiness to me all the times.

Talk about interest, I’m not the same as most people —- I am not a sport person. Since I was a little kid, I’m totally not good at sport and not really like it either. But I kind of like to play badminton and swim, I think it’s probably because these are the only two things that I know how to play.

But I like traveling, because it is like a short escape from life. During the trip, I don’t need to worry or think about anything, I just go play, eat and sleep. My dream is to travel all around the world, because there are so many beautiful sceneries and delicious foods out there and I want to see and eat them all. Up to today, I don’t really have the opportunity to travel too far away from home, but I’m trying my best to work something out. I have a part time job as a TA and Chinese tutor in a Daycare Center, and I would put half of my salary into my “travel fund”, so I can have a three days or a week vacation at least twice a year.

As I mention before, I work in the Daycare Center, at most of the time I love my job, because I love to play with the kids and watch them grow up days by days. But sometimes they drive me crazy, especially when they all start crying and screaming. I used to think about being teacher as my career, but after all I realize I’m lock of patient and I don’t want to surround by kids all days(I just work there as part time now, so it is okay). So now I decided to major in Accounting, because this is the only subject in Business filed that I’m interesting in.
