I STRONGLY DISLIKE CARLISLE (you know what I really mean by strongly dislike but I can’t write it)

College thus far, has been a very interesting ride. All parts of it wa sn’t easy. For example waking up 6 o’clock in the morning, right after I finished an essay at 4:30 AM. Then having to endure a one and a half ride on the subway and bus while catching up on reading for another class. By the time you get to class you want to knock out, and the professor being boring does not help. Above everything ! I hate math because my teacher teaches calculus like we took it already. And he thinks he’s so cool in the “math world ” because he has math theorems tatted on his arms. With him you don’t make lemonade with lemons. You would want to rethink you’re whole life and why you chose Baruch. Other than him and that disgustingly awful class he teaches, I enjoy my other classes. Public Affairs allows me time to catch up on other class work. She’s so boring I would fall asleep. So I decided to record her lectures and do homework in the meantime. History is always joke with Trumbach, he is a distinct character. English is filled with sarcastic remarks and a student that my professor despises, and I’m always entertained. Lastly, my favorite class is psychology. Albright is probably the best professor anyone can have, and you’ll actually want to sit in the class for the whole lecture. He’s probably the only good thing Baruch has to offer. Overall, I give my first semester at Baruch a 7 out of 10.

Another 6 years of school and I’m not even guaranteed I will survive with all these problems occurring right now in the world. Those thoughts constantly go through my mind everyday I get up to go to Baruch. I sometimes let myself become so paranoid, but I always try to look to the bright side of things. College is another stop on my journey through life where I can make many new, positive, and friendly connections. I look at college as an opportunity for more freedom even though I still live at home. I attended a lot of different club meetings and notice how everyone is so friendly and willing to help you with your future career paths. I sometimes wonder if it’s a set up. But they are really committed to what they do. This inspires me to be like them and do the same thing, whether if its here at Baruch, in my community or on a larger scale, the world we live in. The only way for me to do this, is to do more than what is required or asked for. No matter how hard my goals are to reach I will find a way to get there, I have no room for excuses.

What’s good?!

My name is Jazmyn Fuller and I decided to choose the picture portion of the assignment.  The first collage is of music. My favorite artist is The Weeknd and I will be attending his concert this Friday #xotilweoverdose. Under him is Frank Ocean, the Odd future group and many more. I have 3 iPods excluding my phone and they all have over 1,500 songs. I am a music addict, I think I should invest in an iPod classic 128gb. My second collage is of food. Food is constantly on my mind. I love food from all over the world. However, West Indian food, Chinese food and Chipotle will always hold my heart. As for desserts, Junior’s Cheesecake is my Day 1, the Devils Food Cheesecake made me a different person. You guys should really try it. I don’t like Cheesecake Factory :p The next “collage” (its not really one anymore because I got lazy) is of the apps and sites I use to socialize with my homies and the rest of the world. Since college started I barely have time for Instagram and Facebook, but I still make sure I have time for Tumblr. I love tumblr because it never gets boring and the gifs are always funny. My favorite blog was Pizza, but that blog is still blocked at the moment because people reported the page. They were probably just mad their blog wasn’t as great. The fourth collage represents my love for shopping. My favorite store is Urban Outfitters, I buy something from them at least twice a week. My top favorite shoes are Docs, then Vans and then lastly Converse’s. I also love 5 panel hats. Above everything I love sales, I don’t know what regular prices are. My fifth picture is of Pac Man cupcakes because I love to bake. When I was younger one of my dreams was to become a bake and compete on Cupcake Wars. I also loved playing Pac Man while growing up. My 6th  collage is about being helpful. I am always willing to help others out because I hate seeing people struggle or getting left behind. Everyone experiences struggles in their life, and it’s always good to have a friendly face and a helping hand when you really need it. My last collage is of exploration. I love going to different places. I have a few museum pictures because I love going to museums. I also have pictures of the Guggenheim museum in Spain, Tokyo, Japan, the Northern lights and the Great Wall of China, because I want to visit these places before I die. My seventh picture is of Princess Tiana sleeping. Whenever it’s possible I love to sleep because I’m always on the go. From work, to school, hanging out with friends, doing homework and keeping family in the picture it is hard to fit sleep into my routine. I cherish my bed once I get to lay down in it. My bed will have my heart right next to food. My last picture is of the meme laughing because I love being entertained. I find almost everything funny in a way others might not see . It’s always good to keep a smile on your face. It spreads positive vibes, and the world definitely needs more of that today 🙂
