The playlist I made is a list of ten songs I believe represent my personality in one way or another. These aren’t necessarily my favorite songs but I feel I can either relate to them or they stick out to me the most. In reality, I listen to almost all genres of music, however this playlist is mostly  pop, r&b and rap. As a dancer, music is fairly important to me. I’ll always be listening to music and looking for new music to listen to. Making a small playlist of ten songs was difficult to say the least. While I was making this playlist, I was really relaxed and chill. Therefore unconsciously, I think I chose songs with the same tempo/vibe. The first song I chose was All Falls Down by Kanye West. I think this song really addresses what a lot of people are afraid of in our age group (college students). It really speaks to me and that’s why I put it in the playlist. As I said before most of these songs are really chill. A lot of people tend to say they get that vibe from me. One song on the list is called Mirror Maru  by Cashmere Cat. This song has no lyrics, it’s an instrumental. Sometimes lyrics get in the way of the music itself, so I listen to instrumentals. Another song on the list is called Ta Fête by Stromae. It’s an overall fun song, the title literally means the party in French. Although I don’t speak French, I love listening to their music. You can tell a lot about their culture from their music. I am really open minded when it comes to music and in life in general. I try to listen to music from all over world. I won’t go into detail about every song but I hope you guys listen to them at least. I would also  appreciate some song recommendations as well.
