The first semester was a bit challenging for me because it’s my first time experiencing college. I have to keep up with homework, there’s no one to remind me what’s due. And there’s a lot due within a week which is hard to complete. The homework load is just too much. My favorite class so far is English, the professor is very nice. Even though the class is three hours long, but it goes by very fast. My biggest accomplishment is being able to increase my grade in communication class which I started pretty bad. But after talking to my professor, I’m doing better. Baruch is okay for me, I’m not really enjoying it. I hope to join clubs next semester, and study aboard in sophomore year.

                                                                                                A Story
We began walking 9 in the morning. We packed ourselfs food and drinks because we knew that it was going to be long. But we are not professionals to dress in proper clothes and backpacks. Instead we had what we thought as proper, sneakers. Yeap, that’s all we had, just sneakers and plastic bags in our hands carrying food. The mountain is divided to tourist site, with temples and scenery sites. However, after we got to those places, I didn’t have the mood to check out those sites. Instead I just want to rest and calcaluted the time to next resting area and the how much more miles to get down. Those scenery was noting attracting but instead, very annoying. I don’t want to see it, to tired to please it. All in my mind was the comfor bed, cold drinks and the air conditioner waiting for me at home. Though my family seem to be appreciating, I’m just bored by this surrounding. We got down at 6 in the afternoon. I promised myself, never go mountain climbing again.

The first picture I choose is an one that I took three or four years ago.  I don’t like the coldness in winter but I love snow. Winter is never winter without the appearance of snow. I love to see snow scenes in winter. Snow are ornaments to the dead trees. The second picture is at sunset. Rather than the orange we usually see, that day the sky was rendered by violet color. This represent me because I like sky. Especially during cleat sky, the blue and the white clouds makes a lovely combination that it gives me a good feel when looking at it. When I walk down a empty road, I tend to be looking at the sky. To me comparing to the trees around me, sky is another kind of scenery. The third picture was taken on my trip to China. This place has beautiful mountains surrounding a small river. The deeper side of the river actually runs into a cave. This shows me because I love to travel. Instead of staying in the city, I like to travel to countryside and enjoy nature. This fourth picture is another one that I took on my trip, but this place is different. Big cities now are modernized, but some where deep or unknown to most hides evidences from the past. This place is in the city, it is purposely preserved to show how people back then lived in this place. Besides going around seeing nature, I also like history. I like to learn about things from the past. Those old architecture not only carries history but also art. The way that this window is , is very artistic. The fifth picture is an airplane because I love to travel. I like to going to different places and learn about their culture. I like to try out different food. The sixth picture is a picture taken in the zoo. This depict me in two ways. I am an animal lover and I like to spent time with my brother. I love to interact with animals. It feels really good when animal show their like to you. I also like to spent time with my brother because it’s nice to have a little one around. This picture shows my love to food. I like to try out different kinds of food. But I love Japanese food above others, because like ramen it can be made in so many different ways.  And the last picture is a drawing that I did in high school. I like being artistic. I always tries my best effort to make my project
