My attempt at Monologuing

They told me to write a monologue. Up until a couple periods before it was due, I didn’t even really know what a monologue was, not to mention we’d have to present this thing. So even as I’m writing this, which I’m probably doing wrong, I hold a feeling of apprehension. But I suppose that’s what college is all about: trying new things; not being afraid to put yourself out there. So that’s what this is, I suppose: me trying my hand at a monologue about me trying my hand at a monologue. Hopefully, there are other things that I’ll try out while at college, and more than that, develop the courage to do so.
