For my student life activity, I decided to go to the club fair on October 1st.  I went to check out the clubs that Baruch had to offer.  There was a variety of clubs that Baruch students could get involved in.  There were many types of clubs; like fraternities, music club, business clubs, and many cultural clubs.  I ended up signing up to get more information for many clubs like the Hong Kong Club, United Chinese Language Association, Finance Leaders, and Math Club.  The club fair was a great event because it gave a chance for all the clubs of Baruch to show their great qualities.  I attended the club fair hoping to join some clubs.  I think joining clubs are important to meet new people.  Joining clubs helps students make new friends and make connections.  I think the club fair helped me join some clubs and that will help me make connections.
