Last week on Thursday I attended the Absolute Adrenaline Club meeting and the Finance & Economics Society meeting. I actually found both the clubs to be pretty interesting and something I would definitely heavily consider joining. The Absolute Adrenaline club seemed really cool as all the activities they have planned for members to do were all stuff I like to do. Some stuff they had planned were paintball, rock climbing and laser tag. All the leading members were really cool people and made a really good impression with the meeting. At the end of the meeting they gave us some food like subway cookies and some pasta for free, which is definitely the right way to catch a college students attention. Next I went to the Finance & Economics Society meeting. This was also a really good meeting. Not as much of a fun club, even though the people in it also seemed cool. This is a club that I really like because it offers things that could really help my future, like networking opportunities and resume building help. At the end of a meeting we had a competition with some sticks and one marshmallow. The whole point was to build the tallest tower possible without it toppling over and the marshmallow had to be on the top. This was a very fun experience that had already helped me meet some new friends. After this the club ended and I was done for the day. All in all, I considered that day a very successful day with the two clubs I went too.
