On October 5th I went to the Museum of Visual Arts with some friends. I didn’t think I would enjoy it, but I was wrong. I now have a greater respect for fine art. The pictures there were all black and white, but that is what made it so special. It gave the pictures a sad and gloomy look to it, which brought up a lot of thoughts. The picture I found to be so interesting is the one below. To me it shows how people around the world still live in poverty. I believe that there is a deeper meaning, but I couldn’t figure it out. I still wonder how the artist had this picture taken because it just look so weird. There are 2 characters completely out of place and it makes me wonder if this was photo shopped. Even though it wasn’t as big as I would expect it to be, it still gave me a good experience.  This trip made me want to go see some more fine art.
