For this weeks blog, I took the VARK Questionnaire. I was asked a series of questions each asking me how I would handle a situation. Some questions asked how I would prefer to get information, for example, would I like receiving information from diagrams or from readings. Other questions asked me what would influence my choice for a specific situation.
After answering these questions, the VARK Questionnaire calculated my learning preferences. My scores were: Visual – 7, Aural – 3, Read/Write – 2, and Kinesthetic 4. I learned that I have a mild visual learning preference. I thought these results were pretty accurate because I know that I am a better visual learner and it’s difficult for me to learn from just reading.
