I went in to the fair with my mind set on Finance as a major, but I was not really sure about which minor I would want to pursue. I left the fair with so many options, like law or many others that have my mind spinning with possibilities. I am so excited about my education prospects here at Baruch College, and this fair really help show me that I made the right decision.
I’m still unsure about where I want to minor and what I am and am not allowed to minor in, but that’s a conversation for another day and I’ve got too many tests to study for to focus on this decision.

FRO Monologue
This is a haiku about the struggle keeping up with all the work.
Shoot I have work due.
Got to write a monologue.
Wow it’s due next class.
Writing Center
I went to the Writing Center for the first time to get help writing an essay for my English class. I walked in expecting to just go and talk to one of the many people there to get my essay over with, but I found my experience very enjoyable. The people in the Writing Center were very friendly, and I would definitely go back if another essay arises. This is a service more people know about, yes I know it’s usually packed, but a free thorough review of your work is well worth the wait.
In a totally unrelated note, right outside the Writing Center was a Sukkah with Kosher food being handed out by members of the Hillel, so that was cool.
PS: I deleted the selfie by accident (deleted whole photo album to clear storage for IOS 11), so I guess I’ll take two next time.
UNICEF Meeting
When I walked into the UNICEF@BARUCH enrichment program I was wondering what in the world am I doing here. I have no idea what UNICEF does but I was very eager to learn, (and they had pizza). I learned a lot that day during that enrichment program, not only from the meeting itself but the pamphlet they gave out telling us about the program.
During this enrichment program, we spent a lot of time talking about the various things UNICEF does for the world. UNICEF is an organization that helps children around the world grow up with the rights and liberties they deserve. They are in 190 countries and territories around the world helping out where they can. I really enjoyed this program and may go again.
