Cover letter: 5% total course grade
Revision tasks: 12% total course grade
+ recovered points in revision (from previous drafts of Core Assignments 1 and 2)

It’s also now time to wrap things into a portfolio of your materials.

The final portfolio cover letter is worth 5% of your grade by itself, plus 12% of your grade for completing revision tasks, plus missed points from the previous drafts of assignments 1 and 2.

For your final portfolio, share a full Google Drive folder with me. Title it with your name. The folder should include the following: 

• A cover letter that does the following:
  1. Addresses the class. Not too casual, but honest and clear.
  2. Briefly summarizes your writing experience from assignment to assignment, and how you came up with the concepts of each.
  3. Summarizes each of the three revision tasks I asked you to do for Assignment 1, followed by how you addressed each (what you actually did in the paper—discuss with specificity).
  4. Summarizes each of the three revision tasks I asked you to do for Assignment 2, followed by how you addressed each (what you actually did in the paper—discuss with specificity).
  5. Reflects on how, if you were to turn Assignment 3 into an actual movie, what you would want it to be like.
  6. Reflects on what you have learned about your writing process, what you feel most proud of, and what you feel like you should continue to put attention into improving.
• The first drafts of Assignments 1 and 2, clearly named.
• The revised portfolio drafts of Assignment 1 and 2 each, clearly named.
• The written portion of Assignment 3 and a link to your video, in its own Doc, clearly named.
