In Bhutan, basketball is regarded as a sport that only the royals are allowed to play. However, they are deciding on making a national basketball team for Bhutan in order for them to compete against other neighboring South Asian countries. A main problem facing the South Korean coach is that this national team lacks height due to most being less than 6 feet tall. This problem is being considered by the coach and he has said that they will build on defense and fast paced play in order to cover the height problem. For NY Times article click here.
