Clemente I. Diaz is an I-O psychology practitioner and educator with over a decade in higher education administration, most notably in academic program management and career services. In addition to his role as an associate director at Baruch College’s Starr Career Development Center, he is an adjunct I-O psychology faculty member at the CUNY School of Professional Studies. Clemente received a BA in psychology from Baruch College and a MA in I-O psychology from Brooklyn College.
Robinson Cajamarca is the inaugural CUNY Explorers program manager at Baruch College. In this role, he collaborates with New York City public schools, to host college tours and workshops at Baruch College. Robinson is also part of the MS I/O psychology student executive board. He works with current graduate students, alumni and organizations to host panels, workshops and networking events. His I/O interests include coaching and leadership training and development. Robinson received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Queens College and his graduate degree in I/O psychology at Baruch.
