African Americans figured that jazz music can bring everyone to dance. So they took this music into the clubs and parties before they could introduce it in the grand uptown theaters.

Victorian Pre World clothes were no longer fit for the Jazz Age since they couldn’t danceĀ  wearing those outfits. People had to shift their style to compliment the Jazz music as it was hustling in every streets in United States of America.
