As the title suggests, the event is a showcase and celebration of what’s next in food. It is a part of Brooklyn’s Taste Talks Food and Drink Festival. Brooklyn is America’s hottest test kitchen and Brooklyn is becoming an international epicenter in the food industry. Food producers, food companies, food media and food organization will all be exhibiting at the Future Food Expo.

Food companies are referring to start-ups. One start-up stated the Expo is “a great marketing tool and a place to expose brand new concepts.”

The Food Expo would be nothing without customers, or attendees. One attendee, Lateefah, expressed her love for foods and drinks. She also stated the expo is “a great place to meet people with similar interests.” That is also important part of the expo, especially for Lateefah, who plans to start her own catering business.
