Several stories have been written on why Millennials act the way they do, specifically why they choose or choose not to vote. It seems that in this election the stakes have never been higher, and yet some still believe that Millennials don’t care. But is this really the case?
Millennials have the lowest voter turnout of any generation at 46 percent, 15 percent less than Generation X and 23 percent less than Baby Boomers do. However, if 15 percent more Millennials voted 10 million additional people would go to the polls. Enough to swing entire elections. So why do they vote, and what are they voting for?
