There is an  8-foot bronze sculpture called “The Garment Worker” that was  created by Judith Weller. It depicts her Jewish father  sitting at a sewing machine sewing a garment. The piece is a tribute to the history of the area as Manhattan’s Garment District or Fashion District.Screen Shot 2015-12-20 at 5.57.53 PM

Adjacent to the sculpture is a 31 ft. needle threading a button and the Fashion Center Business Improvement Kiosk.
