The best way to become an expert in something is to do that something. Unfortunately unless given the proper resources, product development can be a very lengthy process. Most large companies have a multi-departmental team and their product development process can take months on end. By the end of this semester, I will have a product concept, with more work needed to create the physical product. That being said I present my 6 step plan in becoming an expert in the product development process.
