What should we do to reject the social constructions found in gender and sexuality? 

First, define it and name it, according to Kate Bornstein. (2) Something that is named can lose its power and will no longer be able to be a limit.

The two common genders should also stop being the main genders. In this case, it would be better to recognize the genders that can appear. (2)

Even androgyny can be detrimental to achieving the breaking away from the norm. It could be seen as a “trap” that establishes that there is a binary. (2) However, it depends on how androgyny is used. There could be a complete deconstruction of what defines the genders. (2)

In any case, it seems that people are surrounded by labels and they need labels to survive in society. Everything is labeled.

People in general have a strange obsession with labels. If they can somehow let go of these needs to label everything, then people would not be limited by having the need to choose a certain identity. (5)

There is an idea that if a person decides to define themselves as homosexuals, then they have to fall into certain expectations that come with that label. It is the same with other labels. Why make it more difficult and why not just allow an open society where labels do not matter?
