Practice Script.

Summary

Host Intro: With the weekdays taking up a lot of time with school work, the weekends usually offer students the ability to recharge before the next school week. Jose Tirado spoke to one student in the Multimedia class about what he does on his weekend.

Ambi: Nat sounds of background classroom chatter.

Track: I'm here with Leonard in our multimedia classroom, watching him fiddle with his voice recorder. He is a student here at Baruch. Unlike most students, Leonard has classes during the weekend.

Act: Leonard. So on my weekends, actually, I still have classes on Saturday, I have my information, auditing information technology auditing class. But it's fun because I get to take it with some of my friends.

Track: His Saturdays usually don't feature much else.

Act: Leonard. But it's midday so takes up most of my Saturday. I'll get up at around six though, as I do every single day, kind of get some work done, I'll eat, maybe watch a movie or watch some shows. So that after class, I'm done.

Track: Despite uneventful Saturdays, Leonards's Sundays offer more activities.

Act: Leonard. Other than that, I actually might on Sunday go bowling with friends because the place nearby, it's called Shell lanes, I think or now it's renamed to bowl 360 They have this really good deal where it's $10 per person for two hours.

Track: Shows old and new, entertain Leonard, during his weekends.

Act: Leonard. But I have been watching recently Rick and Morty, the new the She-Hulk show. And but I've been like watching on and off. Dave, which is this Hulu show about the rapper little Dicky.

Track: Besides these shows, Leonard is also catching up on some movies.

Act: Leonard. My girlfriend really wanted to watch the hocus pocus series, which I'd never seen before. So we watched hocus pocus one, and we're gonna finish hocus pocus two tonight.

Track: Leonard uses video games as a way to communicate with friends.

Act: Leonard. I started playing this game called raft with my friends where you're basically you're on a raft in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the water. And you basically have to pick up junk and stuff that floats around the water in order to build up your raft and to survive.

Track: Leonard will look to finish these activities and move on to new ones in the coming weeks. For Baruch College, I'm Jose Tirado.
