  1. This is most disconcerting. Since this is not the first time access has been denied to a database because of a contract or license hasn’t been finalized with Baruch’s legal team, I am wondering what changes need to occur to the process to prevent this from happening again. Please advise.

  2. I cannot recall other problems with licensing, the legal team has in fact been totally responsive. I did not expect the original license would need to be reviewed (we have been signing addendums to the original license) so perhaps did not initiate things as early as I might have.
