As a Shift Supervisor at Pls Financial, I honed my customer service and financial transaction processing abilities while managing daily financial reports and inventory. I developed with my coworker different marketing strategies based on financial analysis to attend our annually local store profit goal which was 163 thousand dollars during my period with the company. My role as a Junior Accountant at the Government Office of Culture and Communication (Haiti) where my team use to manage an allocated budget of 1.7 million dollars, allowed me to further develop my skills in payroll management, financial process assurance, and financial statement preparation.
In addition to my professional experience, I have demonstrated my leadership capabilities and commitment to personal development through various extracurricular and volunteer activities. As a community leader and member of Echo INAGHEI club and CYEN Haiti, I have coordinated investment projects and contributed to local initiatives to help hundreds families build a better life.
I am confident that my bilingual fluency in English, French, and Creole, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, strong motivation, and collaborative nature make me a valuable addition to your team.
