The wondering begins

August 5, 2010 by bb-pawprint

The wonders of life for many isn’t strange, but do we really sit down and wonder?

As I sit here I wonder… I wonder where I am now…and where I am going to be. For numerous reasons, I have thought of life, and its ups and downs. I ponder humanity and its corruption, and its use of turmoil to stimulate the brain. The turbulence of life that once brought great pain is now a sweet cookie, enjoyed by the reckless. As I sit on this warm sand watching the wave’s crash among the shore, enabling shells to wash up on the sand, I think to myself how long can this last? How long can solace last? How long can the shells stay on land, before being washed away by the sea; once more? How long does it take starfish leg to grow back? Life a four letter word that means so much to some, but very little to others. How can you compare life to living?  Life is being able to breathe and wake up; each and every day. Living is being able to breath, wake up, love, care, share, and cherish the moments you have on earth.
