Bernie Sanders spoke to 500 voters as part of a panel at First Unitarian Congregational Society in Brooklyn Heights on Saturday, April 16, 2016.
The other members of the panel were Linda Sarsour, a Muslim activist. Cornel West, a professor of Philosophy, and Sara Luria, a reform Rabbi.

Bernie Sanders is vying for votes against his rival Hillary Clinton in New York, his home state. Raise Your Vote went to the former Brooklynite’s neighborhood, Midwood and surveyed the residents there about their thoughts of Sanders.
