President Barack Obama’s proposal for change in Cuba to overcome the bitter past between the United States and Cuba has left a divide between the Cubans.
This essay will focus on how Obama’s case affects would affect the Cuban population. Since Cuba appears to be frozen in time, around the mid-20th century, there are still those who have not forgotten the dispute that occurred between the United States and Cuba. Because of this, innovation would be difficult. It is the population of Cuba that would allow this to be possible, it they cannot do this, Cuba may not be able to progress.
