Cameras Artist Statement

The video “Cameras” shows the attributes of 4 different digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) cameras. They are with Nikons or Canons, the two rivals companies that photographers fight over. The cameras included are as follows; Canon Eos 5D, Nikon d800, Nikon d5100, Nikon d600 and it was shot on a Nikon d3200. The purpose of this video was to show that even though the cameras come from different companies and are different models, they still have similar buttons, such as the on/off, menu, and delete. They all do what they are built for and come out with a good product. At the end, the video turns meta and a photo of a camera is taken by a camera being filmed by a camera. Woah!
