• INTERESTS
  • Very innovative design. Reminds me of a Gehry building.
  • I like how it keeps a geometric-shaped architecture as the vertical campus building. This shows cohesiveness.
• CONCERNS/QUESTIONS
  • Will the glass be tinted or transparent like in the design? This could be a privacy issue for students.
  • Will activities in the dorm ever merge with those in the main campus?
  • What types of rooms will be in this dorm? Suites? Singles? Twin? Bunk?

• INTERESTS
  • Clever idea
  • Great use of a need in the Baruch Community. This solution may have given the Baurch community something they need but never knew they needed.
• CONCERNS/QUESTIONS
  • Will the alarm disturb others in close proximity? Afterall, it will be used in a library and it’s supposed to be quiet in there.
  • How does it build community at Baruch?
  • Maybe the device can be accessed in digital form (minus the fan) or controlled from an app on the students’ phones, which is downloaded from the Baruch Website.
