Final – Research Agenda
Topic: 3D Food Printing
I was always interested in food. I enjoy cooking at home for myself, and eating traditional food of different countries. Since I moved to New York City, discovering new restaurants has become my hobby. Also, one of my influences was my brother who is a chef in Paris. During my childhood, we spent our weekends exploring variety of cuisines and cooking for our parent.
Because of my interest in food, 3D food printing technology came to me as a very fascinating subject. The question I want to find the answer of is:
Is there a limit to the development and expansion of 3D food printing technology?
The deliverable I am going to create is a map of various fields and industries 3D printing technology has influenced and will influence; from individuals and restaurants to national healthcare and NASA.
