Hydraulic fracturing, or “fracking,” is a process of drilling into the earth and extracting oil and natural gas by forcefully injecting a mixture of water and chemicals.  Hydraulic fracturing poses an environmental and health risk to the ecosystem and all Americans living in the vicinity of a fracking well.
