The article was very interesting, it talks about how immigrants move from one country to another because of the climate. Immigrants like Cortez leaving behind the warzone of a place. It is so tragic how Cortez’s husband’s ex-girlfriend gets him killed, it’s so insane to me. He leaves his past so he can go to a better place and gets executed.

Cortez tried to escape the violence and war but it wasn’t possible. The gangs went to her apartment street stealing televisions and collecting protection payments for anything they found. This is so terrifying if you live in a neighborhood like that.
