How Exercise Can Help Us Eat Less

A recent experiment has shown that we will feel less hungry after exercising due to the decrease in a hormone named ghrelin. Ghrelin, a hormone that stimulates our appetite, has been found to be lower in young, overweight males after exercising, resulting in them eating less without having to go through the torture of hunger.

Who knew that junk food could get any healthier?

Well, many leading fast food chains such as McDonalds have been putting in that extra effort to that general stereotype and Burger King is no exception. Even though consuming a meal of junk food is not healthy, Burger King reminds us that it does not mean that it does not necessarily mean that it cannot be any healthier.
