A recent experiment has shown that we will feel less hungry after exercising due to the decrease in a hormone named ghrelin. Ghrelin, a hormone that stimulates our appetite, has been found to be lower in young, overweight males after exercising, resulting in them eating less without having to go through the torture of hunger.
