What are the best practices, and perhaps amazing failures that past international digital scholarship projects have faced? How are questions of copyright, privacy, and labor negotiated in these interdisciplinary, trans-national digital spaces?
  2. Similar to Don’s question, I would like to know more about access to and analysis of big data and geospatial data analysis. At the moment I am excited about projects such as MIT’s Promise Tracker (http://promisetracker.org/) as well as UN datasets such as the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey datasets from UNICEF (http://mics.unicef.org/).
