With a campus right at the middle of the city, the cafeteria inside Baruch College doesn’t provide a lot of variety as other college cafeterias provide. This was also reflected by the orientation that the college provided to their upcoming students.
The menu included variety of salad, sandwich and drinks. Various green vegetables and fruits filled the salad bar, with few dressing choices.
The sandwich menu included various types of meat, such as ham and chicken in different sizes of bread. With that came drinks, which included soda and water.
Although these food could be criticized for their lack of variety, these were low in calories. Therefore, easily the could be considered healthy and the green vegetables could add into the bodies of those who lack the amount of food they need from green vegetables.
