For example, guava is one of the healthiest fruit you can find in the store nowadays and it also has high concentration of vitamins and minerals that help boost the immune system against common types of colds. Another good example is cabbage; you can literally find cabbage in any store and cabbage is very good for preventing and treating cancer. Some of these foods are being ignored by people but these are foods that people should definitely start eating in their lives.
