-
Are you aware that many students are still not inform about your service and still struggle because they are missing out on the use of the resources and opportunities in place for all students to succeed.
-
Is there a specific program in place for new incoming students offering mentorship especially for F-1 students, transfer students and non-traditional students?
-
if they answer yes, and talk about the program I will ask them ; In which domain does the programs comes in support to the students?
-
Is there many students enrolled in the programs and who are the people involved in the program to assure the service are well serve to the students in need?
-
What are the pains and gains of the students targeted? How is there resolved and how many more students part take to this program and succeed in their school years education?

Love this approach and I think you will get good info out of this. There is a customer need and a market, there just may not be the resources available to universities to tackle this problem. You will hopefully learn lots more.

Thank you Professor.
They reached out to me and directed me to other sources.
I am still waiting on their feedback.
Thank You
Hopefully you get good info this morning!
Hello Esther,
These are great questions to get to know more about Baruch Student Affairs! I hope their replies help you come up with good ideas to create a program that many full time students with full time jobs can rely on. Who knows, you may come up with a better program; for instance, if you were to offer something different that is way more helpful than Baruch Student Affairs, you may be able to steal Baruch’s users away.
