This picture pretty much sums it up. It seems as though Baruch’s priorities are clear, serve the people that are pursing the majors Baruch is known for, however I honestly I do not find this an issue, mostly because I’ll be going into Baruch’s business school (Zicklin School of Business), but for other reasons as well. When I decided to attend Baruch, I knew what I was getting myself into, and everyone else who comes here should have too.

People need to also realize that the perspective of this photo isn’t really always the case. Baruch’s school of public affairs is expanding and I bet that it is soon to have a powerhouse or majors just like the Zicklin School of Business. So far, my perspective of Baruch is that it’s very business oriented, but that doesn’t mean it is its only focus.
