This meme represents procrastination which I have picked up on since the sophomore year of high school. Even though we have more free time now, I still do not like doing assignment ahead of near due date. It’s a really bad habit that I have to correct since I would normally not have time to do anything else and actually ending up spending more time on the assignment then I initially had planned. It’s also bad for my sleeping pattern. I would stay up finishing assignments instead of getting enough sleep then the next day I nap so I lose out on more time of doing homework. This ends up in a never ending cycle. Also, inadequate sleeping time makes me want to sleep in class which I do for Political Science and sometimes for Philosophy.
Procrastinating for papers also mean I procrastinate studying for exams. That results in the same sleeping problems but lowers my grade in exam as well. I also want to join clubs but I have to study during club hours instead since I don’t have enough time to study at home due to procrastinating.
I hope to get rid of the habit before the next semester. Starting my major would require me to spend more time studying outside of class instead of in class so I hope to spend those time when I’m supposed to be studying/learning doing nothing productive.
All in all, procrastinating is bad for me since I want high grades. Higher grades are not achieved by only listening in class. College gives me free time that I did not have in high school so I can study so I need to take advantage of that. The overall way I’m focusing on getting rid of this habit is not taking naps so I can sleep on time and not stay up late. I don’t see myself achieving this anytime soon but hopefully before I start courses on my career.

Bin Bin Huang Monologue
These eight legged creatures always present me with fear. It’s hard for me to look at them in a motion picture or even a photo. I generally avoid anything that have a main focus on them like the Spiderman movies. And yes, I saw one two months ago for the first time. Living in New York, I never thought spiders were able to roam the city. But it did and the spider was in front of me. The time was midnight and I walked into the bathroom to brush my teeth. I turned on the light and glanced over to the sink where it sat. It was trapped in the sink since it was small, about the size of a quarter. I had one logical solution in that situation. So, I walked away from the bathroom and into my parents bedroom where I woke up my mom. She was annoyed and quickly killed it. And with that, I hope to never see a spider ever again. They bring me fear and it’s not something I enjoy. This represent how I don’t want to confront my fear but instead get others to help.
Who’s Bin Bin

Hi, it’s Bin Bin again. I decided to make a slideshow of my favorite things and not so favorite. First off, I’ll start with South Park. South Park has to be my favorite show of all time. I’ve probably saw every episode at least 5 times already. I just can never get enough of the show. This Wednesday will be exciting as a new season is coming up. The second slide is Manchester United, my favorite soccer team. I’ve been a fan for a long time but only recently able to catch every match due to the free schedule of college which kind of sucks since the team lost a lot lately. I hope the new manager can bring another two decades of endless Champions League. The third photo of my slide is Christopher Nolan movies. Whenever a new Christopher Nolan movie comes out, my friends and me would go to the theater as soon as possible to watch his new masterpiece. The fourth slide is kind of a dream of mine ever since I found out about these adorable creatures. Some day, I wish to own one and be able to take care of it. After that comes the picture of the N train which I’ve been taking since my freshman year of high school. I am still taking the train almost everyday and expect to for the next three or so years. It has its ups and downs but its my only mode of transportation to school so I can’t complain. The next picture is the Horse-Head Nebula which I chose since I love outer space. I enjoy learning and seeing pictures of space, especially the fascinating formations and the ever changing nature of space. When I get my first job, I hope to buy a nice telescope and look at these places with it. Then, we have the bed which simply means I enjoy sleeping. During high-school, I used to sleep a good amount of 7-8 hours of sleep, then sleep on the train. After that I would either sleep in History/English class. When I get home from school or hanging out with friends, I would take a long nap. Lastly, the picture of the mosquito might be a little bit disturbing but I can’t help being attracted by mosquitoes. I would constantly get attacked by them in my sleep. We don’t really get them around the house but they do get in once in a while. I like sleeping without my shirt on during the summer and I would wake up to a whole bunch of mosquito bites. Sometimes I even wake up in the middle of the night falling a sleep and scratching at the same time. I would then question red spots and scratched skin in the morning.
Getting to know Bin Bin
Hey LC09, I am Bin Bin. I was born in China and moved to New York when I was 8. I attended Brooklyn Technical Highschool and graduated in 2014. I chose Baruch out of two colleges I wanted to attend. The other choice was too far and too expensive. On top of that, Baruch seemed like a better place to pursue a degree in business since that is its main focus. I originally wanted to be an Aerospace engineer and with Brooklyn Tech offering me a chance, I found out I did not really enjoy that major. Therefore I want to get a degree in one of the business majors or something computer related. In my free time, I enjoy playing racing games, watching soccer or re watching all the South Park episodes(excited for September 24th). I hope to make new friends and get a job while I’m in Baruch.
