Majors Minors Fair

So on Thursday i had the chance to visit the majors and minors fair. I felt that it was kind of a little late since my registration was the week before and i had to go looking for all the people that i needed before the fair. It worked out for me though since i got the classes that i needed at good time. One thing though that irked me at the majors minors fair is the absence of the natural sciences department. They were probably the only reason that i had though of going to the fair. I was pissed for a total of 10 seconds then i was like well i’m here might as well look into some other stuff. I spoke to the mathematics department because i was interested in a specific topic. I wanted to know how far i would have to go into mathematics till i reach what is called the chaos theory. They told me you would have to border around the 3000-4000 courses. Due to that i might actually consider minoring or majoring in mathematics just to reach that point. Along with the mathematics department i looked around a little bit afterwards. It was pretty quiet, not many people had come. I thought more people would take advantage of this opportunity but i guess not. All in all in was pretty useful to go even though the natural sciences department wasn’t there.
