I applied to T.E.A.M Baruch after attending the information session which was offered 4 different times in the month of October. I was offered a timeslot on Monday, 14th November after the Freshman Seminar class and before one of my other class of which I had a test.
After searching for the office (it was hidden behind a magical door, not exactly though because I found it) I was asked to sit in the waiting area among 3 other students. Two of the students were talking loudly about their classes. They were sitting on the opposite end of the room. I learned a lot about how terrible their professor was though so I now know to avoid her but I have forgotten the professor’s name. I just hope I don’t take her for any of the classes in the future accidentally.
Soon I was ushered in to a conference table among 2 ladies who were my interviewers. I introduced myself and they asked me a lot of behavioral and personal questions. I weathered all their questions and tried to answer their questions satisfactorily. They asked me what positions I would like. I said I am interested in being a freshman leader like Blessing to help other freshman navigate their first semester. They said they would let me know during December if I was selected.
Hi Amit,
I’m so glad everything went well. Keep me posted!
