I am part of the marketing committee for Baruch’s Women in Business Club. I am not an official member of the WIB Club because i have to go to certain events and participate in meetings and do specific tasks to become an inducted member of the club. One of these were to get my resume reviewed by the STARR Development center. I went and did this and I learned more about how my resume should look  like and how it should be presented in the future to potential jobs and or internships. This is a very good resource for the school to have.

I always do pretty well when it comes to math but the class that I am in moves very quick and covers a lot in one class so I was a little behind and had a few questions when it came to the homework. I then made an appointment at the SACC Tutoring center to just have a few questions answered. My original appointment was canceled so I had to reschedule but I am happy that it was canceled because when I rescheduled I was the only one on my session and received a lot of help from the tutor.

Today I went to a Women In Business event during club hours. The event was a Target Case Study; there I had the opportunity to go through a case study and worked as a team to solve the problem. I also had an interview for the marketing committee for WIB today at the library; I applied for the position to be responsible of their snapchat account. When I went to the interview we rented a room in the library and so that was a new experience for me. I also applied for the event planning committee and my interview for that is Wednesday the 12th.
