I have no school spirit at all, but I still wanted to join a club that allowed me to meet new people and have new experiences. I heard about WIB from a friend and decided it was worth a shot. The general interest meeting went great, (partly because they gave food) and of course I was clumsy enough to spill the orange juice everywhere. Even though I already made a bad impression in the first 5 minutes, I still decided to apply. This led to several emails and once I found out they wanted to interview me, I panicked. I am not the type of person who does well in interviews since I stutter a lot and can ramble on for days without making any sense. I awkwardly answered any questions they had and as soon as I left the room, I had a feeling they weren’t interested, but it’s okay because if they actually say no, I’d just join another one, preferably without an interview.
