Frank Iacovano Baruch Homecoming Event

I went to the Baruch homcoming event a few weeks ago. The only selfie I took was bad and was through snapchat but I did get one. I reffed the football game and it was a good time seeing a lot of students come together for a fun event. I got a foam finger and a T-Shirt out of it so I had a good time. I was helping out the Student Athletes club by reffing the games and I want to get more involved with that club in the future.

Baruch Soccer Club- Frank Iacovano

On Thursday I went to an interest meeting for the Baruch Soccer Club. I went because a lot of my teammates said it was a fun club to join. This club is for anyone who is interested in soccer or anyone that wants to learn more about the sport. The events include soccer tournaments, trivia and different soccer related movie viewings. I had a good time at the first meeting, and I got a soccer ball because I won the juggling contest. This is a picture of me and the Vice President of the club, Victor Torres. Who also happens to be the goalkeeper for the Baruch Soccer team.

National Museum of Mathematics

On Tuesday I decided to visit the National Museum of Mathematics. I’m not a fan of math, but the museum is a five minute walk from Baruch so I figured I would give it a chance. When I arrived I was ready to see some boring math problems and a couple of games for younger kids. As I began looking around I noticed that it was the total opposite of what I had imagined. The museum had a lot of cool interactive exhibits like a chair that spins you around really fast. I noticed that the ages of the people ranged from young to old, and they all seemed to be having a good time. I would recommend  going to this museum with a group of friends because it is close by and a lot of fun.
